Yes. Volanti offers a 7-day return and exchange service from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, and gifts included.

I love almost everything about this shoe. The one reason stopping the 5 star review is dust pickup. The traction setup on clean floors is elite. On dusty courts, the outsole collects dust super fast and requires constant wiping. Overall I would put this shoe up against any flagship shoe from the big brands at or above this price point. Cushion setup is the star and it's plush yet super bouncy. I know the brand will only get better and for a first shoe, you have a customer for life.

Great feeling basketball shoes but sizing on the US 13 is off. It is more like a 13.5 and not a 13. Go by the EUR size and not the US size. I am a TTS 13 and I will need to go down to a US 12.5. Should have returned but I already played in them. Not sure if I will order a small size.

100% the best basketball shoe i have ever played in. I have about 30 kobes from 1-11. There is no comparison. The no break in period on these is just one small factor in why these are the best. The fit around your foot without squeezing and making it painful but still having extreme lockdown. The wide toebox for stability. The unrivaled grip and ease of wipe down for dust. The explosion forward just on a step let alone jumping is crazy you actually feel like you are propelled forward. True to size and i have a pretty wide foot. The material to prevent heel slip with you sock. The lightweight factor of the shoe. Nothing missed on this shoe. Just to the detail of the box and the nice little keychain of your shoe is a nice touch. Could not say enough about the rocket air 911.
