You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

· Unworn and unused

· In original condition with packaging

· Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

· Final sale items

· Gift cards

· Products that show signs of wear (unless defective)

How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at info@volanti.cn to initiate your return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the designated return address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

· Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection

· Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

· Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? You can request an exchange.

· For exchanges due to non-quality reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

· Items must be sent to our designated return address in China original item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
